Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this resort, which offered spacious rooms with breathtaking views and great amenities. The onsen was a highlight, providing an excellent way to relax after a day on the slopes. However, the heating system in our apartment was quite troublesome, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. While breakfast was decent, a bit more variety would have been appreciated.
We had a wonderful time at this hotel during our Easter vacation. The well-equipped studio room made it easy to prepare our own meals after hitting the slopes. The onsen was a perfect way to relax after our skiing adventures, but the overall service could have been better, particularly with housekeeping and room service. While the kitchen amenities were a plus, we faced some disappointments, particularly with staff communication and certain amenities availability.
I had a comfortable stay at this hotel, which offered bright and spacious rooms that were perfect for families. The location was a bit remote, but it provided a cozy atmosphere and nice amenities. However, the dining options, especially breakfast, were a bit lacking in variety, and the service could have been more attentive regarding special requests. Despite these issues, I found it to be a good value for money overall.
I had a really enjoyable experience at this hotel overall. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, which made our stay quite pleasant. While the onsen facilities were fantastic, the dining experience could use some improvement due to the early breakfast rush. The staff were accommodating and provided great service, but the location might be a challenge for those without a car. Still, I found it to be good value for money.
We had a decent stay at this hotel, but it didn't live up to our expectations for the price we paid. The rooms were quite spacious, which was a definite plus, but the facility itself shows signs of wear. The breakfast buffet was good, although the dinner options were lacking and uninviting. Overall, while it had some positives, the value for money wasn't great considering the service issues and the aging amenities.
